Vintage MAY 1942 Chicago Tribune Paper Section THE WAR

I am pleased to offer this Vintage Newspaper Section from the Chicago Sunday Tribune that features pages 3-6 of photos from a section called THE WAR, dated May 31, 1942. Shows an image of President Roosevelt decorating General James Doolittle, P-40 planes flying over Australia, military soldiers and cadets and Queen Elizabeth as Princess walking with her mother and sister. Paper has brownish tint. Light wear from age present throughout, a few edges shows slight rips and tears; crease marks present from folds. Good overall aged condition. Great images; see pictures!!

Measurements: approx. 21″ inches long x 16″ inches wide.
