A Large event gathering at the Glacier Park Lodge, on the front steps between the massive unpeeled log pillars.
In the front row mix in with the event attendees are various Native American people. One woman has the Odd Fellow rings on her dress, but other than that I cannot detail about the specifics of the gathering.
Photographed has embossed mark of Hileman, a photographer from Kalispell, Montana.
The back reads “Glacier National Park, Montana 1934”
Glacier National Park saw a huge spike in popularity in 1934 as it was visited by President Franklin Roosevelt that year, and he gave a speech from on of the local chalets.
