Canes & Walking Sticks

Once used as a symbol of society, these wonderful pieces had a multitude of uses. Commonly they were kept as a fashion accessory, however, their second most common function was a self-defense weapon! Their construction can range from very simple to gaudily ornate. A particular class, known as “gadget-Canes”, also served particular utilitarian functions as well.
