  • A warm and personal letter of thanks on official House of Representatives letterhead, hand singed by Claude.
  • The letter thanks a Tip Freeman for the framing and shadowboxing of two gifts that Claude had hired him to provide.  The gifts were to a Commodore Bernie Heddings of the Miami Outboard Club.
  •  Underneath the letter is the original envelope, addressed to Freeman at his Ohio Residence.
  • The piece was likely framed by Freeman himself.

Description

Excellent overall condition. The letter and envelope look to have been immediately framed after being received, and shows only the original creasing from inserting in the envelope. The frame is lovely, and shows some minor scuffing from precious display.
