Fair overall condition. Leather album has moderate wear on the bind and exterior. The spine has detached from the cover. The interior pages show some moderate edge wear and discoloration, and some has some tears along the paper frame borders (some with tape repairs). The included photographs are in fair-good condition overall, showing some mild discoloration and light edge wear on average. Some much better than others.
