Slight wear on certificate with visible stain in bottom corner; crease lines and rips visible throughout. Some marks present throughout border; a very sturdy piece. Backside is held well with cardboard piece; an additional brown paper cover overlays the back, but partially torn at the top; comes with hanging wire. A very patriotic and decorative piece with nice overall color; see pictures!
