Antique 1907 Thomas Laughlin Stock Cert Certificate 476

I am pleased to offer this Antique Stock Certificate for 10 shares of the Thomas Laughlin Company. This certificate was issued to Charles E. Thomas of Portland, ME. in 1907. The certificate number is 476. The shares were hand signed by the Company’s President (T.S. Laughlin) and Treasurer (R. Laughlin). The stub of the certificate is still attached. The original certificate has an embossed seal. The certificate is in good condition. There are some rips in the left hand side where the certificate was originally torn from the ledger. There are 3 small tears in the paper (one on top, two on bottom) from where they were previously folded and where the creases remains in the paper. This paper lays flat and there is some yellowing consistent with the age of the document. The rear shows two more signatures and they are also dated in 1907.

The document measures approx. 13-3/4″ inches wide x 8-1/4″ inches long
