Antique 1806 New Hampshire Court Document Civ Judgement

$49.95

I am pleased to offer an antique court document from the state of New Hampshire.  This document is a civil judgment against Joseph Rowe of Brentwood.  The amount of the judgment was $11.38, plus $3.03 cost of fuit (court costs).  The judgment was in favor of Edward Little of Newburyport.  Mr. Rowe was given 50 days to pay the judgment, or was to be ordered to jail.  The document is dated February 3, 1806, and signed by William Parker, Justice of the county of Rockingham.  On the back of the document there are some notes about when Mr. Rowe paid the fines.  This item measures 12 1/2″ X 7 1/4″.

Document in good condition considering age.  It was originally folded and shows the creases of the folds.  Shows loss in center along original fold.  Does have some light staining, but the print is clear and legible.  This is a wonderful look at past legal documents and would be a fine addition to any collection.

Please see pictures and email with any questions.  International winners will be emailed with shipping costs.
