Description

Very Good over condition considering age. The paper show some light scattered staining and some wear along the folding creases. There is a mild visible rip on the upper-center-left edge, as well as some edge wear hidden underneath the frame’s edge. Text, signatures and writing are visible without obscuration. Excelsior embossed seal is also visible.
