1930’s Washington DC National Tours Guide Price Booklet

Great vintage National Tours Popular Sightseeing Tours Of Washington handbook dates to the 1930’s – 1940’s.  Eight page booklet details all offered daily tours and prices.  Undated piece, but shows the OAS Building as “Pan American Union” which changed in the 1940’s.  Front cover states “Seeing Washington National Tours Red Circle Food Shoppe Metropolitan 6285”.  Each page lists Tours A – D with descriptions of sights to be seen.  Tour “A” is listed as about 3 1/2 hours, and includes The White House, The Bureau of Engraving and Printing, The Pan American Building, The Old National Museum, The Congressional Library, and The US Capitol, priced at $2.00.  Tours also state “Competent Guide in Attendance Throughout”.  Great piece of historical travel memorabilia.  Measures 7″ X 4″.

In good condition considering age with minimal wear.  Shows little if any print loss.  Still tightly bound by two side staples.  A few pages has some light creases and a few light marks.  Sold as-is.
