Water Pollution Control Federation/Water Environment Federation 1977 Philadelphia Conference Souvenir features a clear acrylic base with egg timer.  Marked “50th Anniversary Conference” in gold lettering; and reads “In the clear sparkle of a stream is the realization of our dream” in blue.  Features the WPCF logo marked 1928.  Dated October 2-7, 1977 Philadelphia, PA.  Measures 2 7/8″ X 3 1/2″.

Acrylic shows some light surface scratches.  Egg-timer in working condition.  Sold as-is.
