Vintage Wooden Mechanical Bucking Horse w/ Rider Wind Up Toy Japan Working

I am pleased to offer this Vintage Wind-Up Mechanical Bucking Wood Horse with Rider! This great mechanical toy features a fixed windup key on the right side attached to a plate that reads: “Made in Japan Pat No 120377”.  Other than the windup mechanism, the horse and rider are painted wood.  The horse bucks and makes the rider “bop” up and down in the saddle when wound up.

This vintage mechanical bucking horse is in good working condition, showing some moderate scuffing to the wood from play.  The wind up mechanism is working, however it has weakened from age.  When the horse is held in the air it bucks quickly, however on the ground it doesn’t move much.
