Description
Toy is for parts or restore. Missing front wheels/axle. Spring mechanism is broken. That aside, the frame, clown, dog, and rear wheels are in pretty good shape. They all show some moderate scratching and light litho loss, but remain vibrant and display well. Sold as is!
