This is a vintage publicity photo of actress, Sylvia Sidney. Sidney became known for playing the girlfriend or sister of gangsters in 1930s era movies. This is a studio photo that has Sylvia Sidney’s signature, below the signature it says “in Paramount Pictures”.(It looks like the original photo was signed then reprinted and distributed as a publicity photo.)

This photo is in good condition showing light wear along the top, there is a very small tear near the upper left corner. “Printed in U.S.A.” appears at the bottom right. Measures 8″ x 10″.
