Vintage Philadelphia Souvenir Postcard Picture Folder
I am pleased to offer a 1920’s Souvenir Postcard Picture Folder featuring the city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Item folds out to show 18 color lithograph images with descriptions. Images include The Liberty Bell at Independence Hall, Washington Monument, Valley Green Inn, Masonic Temple, Philadelphia & Reading Rail Road Station, Benjamin Franklin’s Grave, and more. Pictures are printed front and back. Interior of fold-out card cover features detailed information on each image. Outer cover shows an image of the signing of the Declaration of Independence with address and stamp space. Marked “Published By The Union News Company”. Item is in good condition considering age. This album was addressed to Portland, Maine and mailed from Philadelphia with the postmark in 1924. The interior images are wonderful with bright color showing very little wear. All in fine condition for framing. Exterior cover is completely loose from body and shows shelf wear with missing flap. Would make a great addition to any collection.
