Vintage Marx Linemar Japan Remote Control Dump Truck Coal-Coke Working 7.5″

I am pleased to offer this rare battery operated Linemar Japan Tin Remote Control Dump Truck.  Moves forward and reverse with remote that operates on two “D” batteries.  Toy has working back dump gate and bed that lifts up and down.  Measures 7 1/2″ long, 2 3/4″ wide and stands 2 3/4″ high.  Sides marked “Heathcote Fuel Co” and “Coal-Coke Hauling”.  Back gate marked with the Linemar Japan logo.

Item in excellent condition considering age.  Markings and paint still colorful and clear with minimal scratches or wear.  Tires in great condition and roll properly.  Toy powers up when batteries inserted into remote and moves in forward and reverse when buttons are pushed, sometimes with delay.  Plastic wrap on cord shows a few small cracks.  Steering does not turn wheels.  This would make a great addition to any collection and displays very well.
