For Parts or Restore. The mint and off-white paint looks original and shows moderate wear. The orange is in poor shape and looks sloppy, particularly on the bottom. 3 bulbs are included but couldn’t get power from the batteries, could be a wiring or compartment issue (condition of compartment is poor). Spring drive shows heavy rust and only winds about two times before springing, I believe due to a broken spring section. It is non-functioning as is. Tires are in OK shape.
