This is a lovely,nbsp;dainty piece is stamped ,nbsp;Made in France, and is ,nbsp;marked on the bottom #10.,nbsp;
There are remnants of a cross label on the front, and,nbsp;also features wind mill and sailboat depictions.
Crazing visible,nbsp;throughout; mostly seen on bottom. Cork is broken and stuck inside opening.
