- head is some kind of hand painted composite/chalkware
- Very mischievous face, what is he up to? What is he holding? Is it a hammer? What does he plan to DO with that hammer? Why is one hand red?!
- I don’t have the answers to these questions, but I’d suggest being on your best behavior and keeping an eye on this guy.
