Features the group Andrea True Connection listed under band with ten individuals with Top40/Disco style music. Comes with four pages stapled together; includes formal contract agreement and pricing. Light wear from age throughout. Great overall condition! 

Note: Andrea True was an American adult film star and singer from the disco era.
