I am pleased to offer this Vintage Gorham 1976 American Bicentennial Bronze Liberty Bell!
These bronze hand bells were limited to a production of 9800, which this piece is #1438. T
he piece has a walnut handle attached to a cast bronze bell that reads “The Freedom Bell 1776-1976” and “From every mountain side let freedom ring America”.
The bottom edge of the bell is marked with the production # and the Gorham trademark.
Measures approx. 10″ H x 4-3/8″ Diameter at the base
This vintage Liberty Bell is in fair condition for its age, shows some cracks & chips to the handle where it attaches to the bell. There is some light scratching to the bell from display. The bronze has acquired a nice dark patina from age.
