Vintage 1963 Official Letter from William F. Walsh Mayor of Syracuse New York

I am pleased to offer this Vintage 1963 Official Letter from William F. Walsh, Mayor of Syracuse New York!  This letter was typed by Walsh on October 31, 1963 and bids farewell to a member of his staff.  Walsh is the father of James T. Walsh, another Republican who served in Congress.  The letter is hand signed by Walsh.

This vintage letter is in good condition, showing some light edge wear from storage.
