I am pleased to offer this Vintage 1960s Nikko/Nomura Toys Japan Battery Operated Tin Pop Hat Dog toy! This funny tiny features a plush puppy inside a brightly lithographed top hat! When turned on, the toy will scurry around while making a “bark” sound, and the dog will pop out of the top, then repeat. The toy is marked by both Nikko Toys and Nomura Toys of Japan. Takes 2 “C” batteries (not included).
This vintage toy is in fair condition, showing some moderate scratching and light oxidation from age. The toy was tested with batteries and is functioning, but occasionally gets stuck and runs sluggishly. Sold as found!
