Vintage 1960’s Bandai Japan OCEAN 3 Tin Toy Windup Boat B-619

I am pleased to offer this Vintage Bandai Japan OCEAN 3 B-619 windup tin toy boat. This boat is in good condition showing some scratches from play wear. Minor oxidation is visible on the bow and edges. I have tested the windup but it is not functioning. The wind handle has lost it’s connection to the friction drive and does not turn the prop.
