Vintage 1951 Booklet “How to Protect Your Invention”

$15.00

Vintage 1951 Booklet Published by a Group of Patent and Trademark Attorneys in Washington, DC

The attorneys used to mail out this booklet to people who inquired about obtaining patents. Included in this listing is a letter dated March 7, 1951 from the attorneys addressed to a prospective client, along with an “Invention Record” form.

In the back of the booklet is a recommendation from the attorneys that people not waste their time trying to invent a “Perpetual Motion Machine” because it is impossible. Evidently, back in 1951 there was an Urban Myth that a large reward was being offered to anyone who could invent a perpetual motion machine!

Booklet is in good condition for its age, shows very light wear and some age discoloration. Measures 12″ x 9″. 32 pages. From an Estate. Sold as Found.
