Vinatage TUMBLING FIDO Tin Wind-Up Toy Occupied Japan

I am pleased to offer this Vintage Mechanical Wind-Up Tin/Celluloid Toy Dog known as “Tumbling Fido” with a red shoe in his mouth! Marked MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN. Body frame is tin celluloid head. Comes with wind-up mechanism for rotating legs and a reproduction key. Tested and winds, but toy does not function when released. Legs can wind around when manually forced. Some wear on paint with light marks from play throughout; oxidation present on metal wheels. Overall great aged condition.
