Unusual 19th Century Massive 15.5″ Folding Knife Colonial India British Officer

$0.00

Very nice overall condition. The long 10.5″ blade shows some mild scratching and some scattered spotting of oxidation from age. There are two mild nicks to the blade edge. The grip shows some moderate patina and oxidation to the mounts, and some mild scratching to the stag scales. The push button to unlock the blade works, and holds the blade closed well. The blade is a bit wobbly when snapped open, but the back lock holds it in place. The original sheath shows heavy patina to the mounts, and some moderate staining to the canvas wrap. The throat is a bit loose, and needs a pin to hold it in place (see photographs)
