I am pleased to offer a vintage tin friction red toy taxi cab!
Features rubber tires and closed bottom marked “Hadson Japan”.
Great markings on the exterior doors of mileage rates and sign on back reading “Always Be Careful Crossing Streets”.
Tested and friction motor is not working in the forwards direction, slightly catches for reverse. Needs some TLC if wanted for more than display.
measures 6-1/4″ in length, 2-3/8″ wide, and 2-1/8″ tall.

Description

In fair overall condition with all tires intact and rolling well. Friction motor doesn’t catch forwards, slightly catches in reverse. Plastic front window intact showing light scratches. Finish shows some light scratching and a few chips but is still bright. Unfinished metal areas show discoloration and small spots of oxidation. Toy displays well and would make a fun addition to any collection.
