Small Tintype Photo Cross-Eyed Girl in Maine

I am pleased to offer this Antique Small Tintype Photograph of a Cross-Eyed Girl from Maine.  This young girl sits with her back straight, but the angle that the picture was taken from makes her eyes look slightly crossed!  Her cheeks have been tinted.  Back of paper frame reads: “From A.R. Davis New Photograph Rooms, Union Block, Biddeford, ME. Photographs from life and copied. small pictures of all kinds enlarged and finished in ink or colors, Carte de Vistes, &c.”  Front is marked: “Potter’s Patent March 7, 1865”

This Tintype is in good condition, showing some light scratching and mild staining.

Measures 4″ H x 2-7/16″ W
