- The poster is lithographed honoring Enrico Causo, a famous Italian Opera Tenor, and the different roles he had played. The center portrait is based off of a c.1910 photograph.
- Strong possibility that this ties to the Antinori Family, which Ignacio Antinori had become the First Mob Boss of the Tampa Mafia.*
- Poster measures approx. 14-3/4″ x 19″ H
