Rare Antique Hubley Cast Iron/Nickel Plate Giro Plane Toy #304 VG 4-1/2″ L

I am pleased to offer this Antique Cast Iron and Nickle Plate Giro Plane Toy by Hubley!  This unique toy has a cast iron body with nickel plated landing gear, propellers, and engine. Giro Plane can be seen in raised lettering on the curved wings.  Hubley can be seen in raised lettering on the underside of the left wing.

This Giro Plane #304 is in Very Good condition for its age, showing some mild scratching to the wheels and around the edges of the body. There is mild loss to the original paint, mostly notable on the wing edges. Light Oxidation is present on the areas of paint loss, as well as the nickel plated areas (moderate on wheels and top prop) . The wheels roll well when the plane is pushed.
