Rare Antique Arcade Cast Iron Monocoupe #354 Toy Airplane 5″ Wingspan VG

I am pleased to offer this Antique “The Monocoupe” Cast Iron Airplane #354 made by Arcade!  This great example of early 20th century cast iron aircraft was made by the famous Arcade Toy Company.  With a blue single cast body and nickel landing gear/propeller gear this beauty will stand out in your collection.  “The Monocoupe” is found in raised lettering on the wing.  On the left side of the plane you can see the small remnant of an Arcade Toy sticker.  Underneath the tail wing the plane is marked “354 Arcade”.

This Monocoupe #354 is in Very Good condition for its age, showing some mild scratching to the wheels and around the edges of the body. Very mild loss to the original paint.  Moderate oxidation is present on the areas of paint loss.  Wheels spin smoothly when the plane is moved
