Hubley Popeye Patrol Cast Iron Figure for Motorcycle

I am offering a rare cast iron toy figure for the large Hubley Popeye Harley Davidson Motorcycle toy. This figure measures 5-1/4″ high. It has movable arms that go up and down. Clearly marked on his red scarf – “Copr – 1929 King Features”. A neat early popeye figure.  Some wear and chips.  Paint still looks very good.
