- This family band was well known throughout New England and neighboring regions of Canada, and they toured thoroughly through the late 1800s.
- Particularly popular in Middlebury, Vermont and frequented the Town Hall Theater.
- This looks to be an original souvenir/publicity photographs, likely made in copies and sold at shows to the audience and fans.
