I am pleased to offer this Original Associated Press Photograph of a Factory Workers in Chicago.  This photo taken in 1946 and shows hundreds of workers trying to obtain passes after a large explosion at their factory.

This photo is in fair condition, showing some mild creasing and a slight curl.
