Rare 1934 Hubley Cast Iron Fire Ladder Truck features one-piece removable driver with passenger and two original ladders. Measures 8-1/2″ long and 3″ wide. Engine body painted red and with nickel plated one-piece grill and trim. Passengers and ladders also nickel plated. Features rubber tires with wood hubs on metal axles. Pieces individually numbered and bottom marked “Made In USA”.
Item in good condition considering age with all rubber tires present but cracked and not rolling properly. Shows typical aging to paint and oxidation to plated pieces and axles. Great rare cast iron toy would make a great addition to any collection.
