Description

Fair overall condition. The Toy has been repainted and has touchups. The rubber on the wheels is cracked and damaged, however they still roll. Wind up was tested and is working, and will move the pumper forwards at a good pace. The clockwork looks to have been oiled previously. Missing original Driver Figure and steering wheel.
