$15.00

I am pleased to offer this Antique Saturday, June 22, 1867 edition of “The Illustrated London News” No 1432. – VOL 1. This is the entire paper from that day and includes various articles including “The Riots at Birmingham,” “The Flower-Girl,” Wimbledon Prize Meeting, “Ruins of Court-Lodge Farm – Struck by Lightning.” The last mentioned story is actually accompanied by a beautiful illustration. In fact, there are many incredible illustrations throughout this news paper that you will have to see for yourself. This really is a flash-back in time. There are 12 pages total with writing on the front and back. The papers have some folding around the corners and some yellowing of the papers consistent with storage, and age. This paper has been stored folded in half. All of the pages are still in good condition. The front page has some creasing and some marks. There is also a stamp in the top right-corner on the first page.

This news paper measures approx. 11-1/2″ inches wide x 16″ inches long
