Antique Joseph Dixon Crucible 535 Golden Age Pencil Box

I am pleased to offer this Antique Joseph Dixon Crucible Company No.535 Golden Age Pencil Box.  The Joseph Dixon Crucible Company was the world’s most renown graphite producers in the mid-late 1800s. This pencil box,  marked “Golden Age   No. 535”, is a two fold red paper box with a brass snap button.  The interior houses 8 1/2 old crayons.

This pencil box is in good condition, showing wear from age throughout.
