Antique Hubley #6 Cast Iron Nickel Plated 4-3/4″ L Racer w/ Driver 2137 Toy Car

I am pleased to offer this Antique Hubley  #6 Cast Iron Racer Toy Car!  This fantastic early Hubley is a perfect addition to any Cast Iron Collection! This small racer is a single cast body with a separate nickel plated driver/exhaust/grill piece that is marked 2137.  The car has an raised 6 on the tail, and sits on wood rims and white rubber tires. 

This antique Hubley Racer is in good condition for its age.  The body shows some light paint loss, and some light oxidation on the nickel plated piece.  There are no cracks or chips to the iron.  The tires have slightly hardened and show some light cracking, however they still roll fairly well.
