Antique 1907 Thomas Laughlin Stock Cert Certificate 526

I am pleased to offer this Antique Stock Certificate for 5 shares of the Thomas Laughlin Company. This certificate was issued to Anne R. Hunt of Portland, ME in 1907. The certificate number is 526. The shares were hand signed by the Company’s President (T.S. Laughlin) and Treasurer (R. Laughlin). The stub of the certificate is still attached. The original certificate has an embossed seal. There are some rips in the left hand side where the certificate was originally torn from the ledger. There are creases in the paper from where it was originally folded and mailed, then stored. There is some smudging at the top, and the paper lays flat. There is some yellowing consistent with the age of the document. The top edges are a little bent from shelf-wear. The rear shows two more signatures and they are dated 1909. 

The document measures approx. 13-3/4″ inches wide x 8-1/4″ inches long
