Antique 1896 Baptist Church Souvenir Patterson NJ Bible

Church Souvenir from 1896

This is a very unique souvenir dating back to 1896. It appears to be a bible marker that has a photo of a man, possibly a pastor or deacon of a church. Text on the souvenir reads. “Souvenir. 1896. Union Avenue Baptist Church, Paterson, N.J.”. The souvenir appears to be silk or a fabric like silk, it measures 8 3/8″ x 3 1/4″. It is in very good condition considering its age. The top and bottom ends are unraveled and there is a small hole at the bottom. The souvenir has been folded for quite some time, so it has some creases. This is a very nice piece.
