Antique 1856 House Rent Bill Paper Receipt Statement

I am pleased to offer this Antique Paper Bill Receipt Document from Mr. Merrill to E. Wymen for one quarter rent of house on Afford St. Dated July 20, 1856. Light wear from age present. Nice overall aged condition!
