Antique 1856 Handwritten Rent Receipt Received Payment

I am pleased to offer this Antique Handwritten Paper Receipt dated Oct 2nd 1856 from Mr. Merrill to E. Wymen for $11.25 for what appears as rent; marked Received Payment, signed by E. Wymen. Light wear and marks present from age. Nice overall aged condition!
