This Match safe has an elegant repousse exterior pattern, and striking surfaces along the bottom edge.
The inner rim is marked “Sterling”.

This antique Match Safe is in good condition for being over 100 years old! There is some mild scratching to the exterior, and rich dark tarnish that really makes the embossing pop out. The sterling is very thin, and is slightly dented towards the bottom.
