1945 Large Formal Group Photo Sundial Shoe Convention

I am pleased to offer a vintage photograph dated October 15, 1945.  This piece measures 11″ X 13″ and features 62 gentlemen posed in front of a large factory building.  The bottom of the photo is marked “Sundial Shoe Convention..Oct. 15, 1945”.  The men are all dressed in suits with overcoats and formally posed in three rows.  The black and white matte photo is contained in a light marbled gray mat with silver detailing.  Bottom of the mat marked “The Leslie Studio, 20 Hanover St., Manchester, NH”.

This piece is in good condition with a nice, clear image.  There is a spot of fading at the bottom left corner on the photo as well as some light scratching.  The mat is worn around the edges and shows some staining.  The photo is sealed inside of the mat and I have not tried to remove.  Nice piece of vintage history from the Sundial Shoe Company.
