1899 Quit Claim Deed Union Savings Danbury Connecticut

Quit Claim Deed dated October 16, 1899 for a mortgage from Union Savings Bank of Danbury.  The land is in Danbury and was owned by Alanson Osborne.  The document is stamped on the front as being received for record on December 26, 1931 by Danbury Land Records.  It lists the original mortgage as dated March 2, 1883.

This document is in good condition considering age but shows large tears along the creases and loss on one bottom corner.
