Vintage Puppet Marionette Composition Plastic Cowboy

$79.95

What a fun collectible!

This is a vintage puppet/marionette that appears to be a Mexican cowboy or some sort of villain. The marionette appears to be handmade with some sort of composition and a hand-painted head and face. His hands look like they are molded plastic and the feet look like they are made from balsa wood.

This man is wearing a white muslin top and pants with a red neck scarf and vest. He is in good condition showing some wear, nicks, scratches, dirt, and paint loss. There is a bent piece of metal on top of his head that appears to have been used for the string. His hands are painted plastic and have holes in them to attach the string. His feet are nailed to his  legs with a bit of rust showing on some of the nails. His main body appears to be made from wood.

Measures 14 3/4″ tall and his width measures 14″ (from gun tip across his chest and arms to the other gun tip).

This old marionette has a great vintage look and would look wonderful on display!
