Vintage Celebrity Photo Glamorous Woman in Hat & Coat

This is a great vintage photo that would look fabulous framed. It looks like it may have been taken in the 1940s. It is from an estate that also included many photos of celebrities. I do not recognize the woman in this photo, maybe you do! She is very glamorous looking and is wearing a stylish hat and matching jacket, she appears to be posing in a studio.

Photo is in good condition showing some discoloration and a few stains for a nice vintage look. Back is stamped “Ruth Cunliff Russell, 411 N. 10th Street, St. Louis, Mo.” Photo measures 8″ x 10″.
