Vintage c. 1946 Tele-Tone Tube Radio Model 101 Wood Cabinet Powers On Post-War

I am pleased to offer a vintage 1940’s Teletone AM 5-Tube Table Top Radio.  Measures 7″ X 12 1/2″ X 7″ and has a wood cabinet.  The side legs have a brown finish while the center body is wood that has been overlayed with a type of leather fabric.  Features all original parts and horizontal grille.  Back shows the original illustrated paper label with model and tube information still attached.

This radio is in good condition considering age.  The case is free of cracks but does show some loss of paint.  The unit powers up but only makes a loud buzzing sound.  All original knobs present and work properly.  Front window and grille free of cracks.  Cord is cracked throughout but is intact.  This radio displays well and would make a nice addition to any collection.
